I started at Arbor Oaks on May 1st 2013, 3 months before the doors opened. I truly enjoyed assisting with marketing such a beautiful place for seniors to live. I had the opportunity to work with an amazing leadership team that supported me and were there for me when I needed flexibility in my schedule for 2 years. The nurses and home health aides are hard working and dedicated to serve and care for their tenants. I worked at Arbor oaks for little over a year. I absolutely loved it there. The staff and tenants were amazing. It truly is a big family there, everyone took care of each other. The management staff was amazing and very professional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Needless to say I left with a heavy heart. Definitely a place id refer a friend to work and a place id send my loves ones.
I have been at arbor oaks ever since the journey began. I've never worked at a community that cares about its residents so much. From everything the nursing staff does, the dining services, the housekeeping and maintenance do for this building and its residents is beyond amazing. Everyone truly works together to make sure these residents are well cared for.
I've been employed with Arbor Oaks for over 2 years. Started as a dietary aid, quickly worked my way up to a cook and now working as a HHA. I absolutely love working in all departments and can say, I have never worked for a better company!! I love going to work and seeing all our tenants as well as my coworkers. We work hard as a team and are encouraging with each other.
Arbor Oaks is a wonderful community to be a part of! I worked at Arbor Oaks for a short time to help out from another building. The staff and residents there were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The staff are passionate about the care they give there residents that live there. The team works so well together! There are a lot of great things for residents, families and staff to take part in. I miss being apart of this community but still keep in touch and follow the page to see whats going on in the community!
I have been with Arbor Oaks before Arbor Oaks was even finished being built. I had the opportunity to start as a HHA while I pursued my degree in nursing. I can honestly say without the flexibility and genuine support from management I would not have been able to complete my BSN in nursing degree. Management never once hesitated to work with my constantly changing nursing school schedule so I could continue caring for the tenants while also pursuing my career.
