I had the Gold plan and they really let me down in taking care of my shrubbery and in responsive to my calls to express concerns.

04/03/24 Update: Josh Lykins (Branch Manager) stopped by apologizing for the headache we've been experiencing and reassured me we'd be refunded for no service. He then had our yard treated the very next day which I so appreciated! Even the technician text me telling me he was there and apologized for the confusion as well. I revised my review because I'm a reasonable person and customer in giving them an opportunity to turn my frown upside down.
