Girlfriend's son had to go in for an evaluation that takes 2 days. Girlfriend booked a hotel went there first day went fine. She woke up the second day to a message saying the second appointment was canceled due to inclement weather. 1) this is Wisconsin it's going to snow in January. 2) the snow was far from being above normal snowfall. I actually had a great experience with Arbor. I reached out to them via phone and spoke to someone named Hannah, who was my contact via phone and email throughout the entire process. The process was lengthy but well worth it. The evaluation was very thorough and I felt respected and heard by everyone I was in contact with. They always responded when I reached out via email with any concerns or question, and I had many questions. They took my insurance which is a difficult scenario to find tbh so that alone was amazing. I wish I could give <0 for their complete negligence. Horrible, horrible center.
I actually had a wonderful experience with the testing and the insurance line (renewal issues on my end), but I'll be honest, if you decide to do your testing here, I'd bring your results to get a second opinion. The two stars are literally only for my tester and the insurance person. To make a pretty lengthy review shorter, the doctors that went over my results really made me feel like they didn't care about me, and any questions or concerns I brought up made them defensive and argumentative. Beware: This place perpetuates violence towards those with mental health concerns. I came for my visit and as mentioned in the other review, the location is almost impossible to locate because the numbers aren’t facing the street to enter the complex and there are no signs on the outside. It was giving off creepy vibes from the beginning. After having to call and knocking, I was finally let in. Crystal brought me in right away and handed over a consent form for visual and audio recording and told me that I needed to sign it.... read more
