Update: Had an open phone call with the owner and the key issues here can be chalked up to perfect storm of life events, technical difficulties, and bad luck. Poor communication once contract signed. They began great and we set up a tentative date several weeks out from when they walked the property and flagged trees with me. No problem, everyone's busy and it wasn't an urgent issue.
