Lovely layout and perfect for classes near campus. However utilities/internet are not included and rent continues to skyrocket. Also parking is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Yes Trimark offers a decal but more than likely you will not be able to park in front of your own apartment due to the number of couples renting in the complex (all lease signers receive a decal). We decided to rent with Trimark Properties going into our sons 3rd year now. Angie Orfield and the rest of the team have been great. They have been very quick to respond to questions, emails, maintenance requests and any concerns. Overall it’s been a great experience. Their payment portal is easy to use and navigate.
