Very nice and secure
Great community
As a LTU student and a resident of lofts from 2015-2018. I loved arbor lofts…definitely for college students and young adults that do not mind noise or hustle. I didn’t like the fact that it did not have opening windows. But I did enjoy the size and community aspect. I loved the indoor gym and work spots. Would recommend if you want the ez commute to work. Or constant movement of working college student. Great experience for me in the college and early career days.
I loved living here I had some of the best times with my roommates and the joint room parties made some good friends. This is not for normal residential families. This is a college space for students and professional singles it’s parties, loud conversation and late nights just respect each other and the space so that it stays nice for everyone
I have live here short time and I see why it will be short. I rennovate homes sometimes with my brother and the area is perfect which is why 2 stars nd no 1. There are lot of bugs here and you tell the lease office and I don’t think they take it seriously. It’s very bad on the first level. Sometimes I want to meet with clients and their kids in lounge I think they belong to an employee but it was one of the feature that I like when I came but I can’t really use during office hour because the tv is loud and it’s not professio... read more
