I have live here short time and I see why it will be short. I rennovate homes sometimes with my brother and the area is perfect which is why 2 stars nd no 1. There are lot of bugs here and you tell the lease office and I don’t think they take it seriously. It’s very bad on the first level. As of 10/29/24– I see some improvements happening in the community. Although everything my family and I have been through won’t be fixed overnight — i do see they are trying. Please keep that in mind. Update 08/22/24: So now they have someone emptying the trash regularly-- but its seems the trash has transferred to the personalities of the staff. The girls that work In the office don't respond to messages unless you get pushy and you're labeled the issue. The cleaning lady has a permanent chip on her shoulder. Don't walk acr... read more
I moved in at the end of October 2023, I chose to live here because the apartments are beautiful and the reviews for maintenance and staff were outstanding. It is now August of 2024 and if I could give 0 stars I would. (They changed management earlier this year so no one is ever in office now). Alexxis had answered and resolved any issues I had but she has been gone for months, the only person I enjoyed talking to besides maintenance man. The new staff are snippy and brush off concerns. After speaking with my two neighbors I wanted to leave this review. I gave two stars instead of one because the maintenance man is nice and always on time. I mean I could literally put in a request and he shows up same day sometimes. Aside from that IMO this place should be avoided. Whoever the lady is in the office is nasty and it’s good to know I’m not alone . I’ve had to go down a couple times since moving in and her vibe just gives get away from me.
