Super exciting experience to be able to design your own home, with specific details how you want. However, everything is an up charge, even for toilets that aren’t for the size of toddlers. The HOA fees are supposed to pay for things like snow removal, yet no snow removal happens until AFTER storms and no one can get in or out of the housing addition. Arbor Homes – Repeated Water Leaks & Poor Workmanship In just 2 years, our Arbor Homes property has had water leaks at the same spot three times, each destroying our vinyl plank flooring. Over half the floor has already been removed, and for more than three weeks we’ve been living with ripped-off flooring, which is unacceptable. We contacted Mr. Jacob and Mr. Bill repeatedly, but no firm timeframes for completion have been given.
