Took our dog in to get a Staph infection treated, as well as general vaccinations. First off, what they quoted to me on the phone was not what was shown on the final bill, after adding around $200 more in tests and prescribing extremely outdated/dangerous drugs for my dog. They did these tests without my consent, and then basically said 'too bad, we already did the work' when I saw the charges on the bill.
