I am the Executive Director of Operation First Response, we are a national nonprofit that serves Disabled Veterans. We were serving a Disabled Veteran with rental assistance at the Arbor Grove Property, management said they never received our payment. Don’t believe the fake reviews posted by management. Arbor Grove is an absolute dump! It is not safe here! There has been murders, rapes, drug dealers, car/apartment robberies/vandalism's here. There has also been a drive by shooting just last year. If you love run down buildings with mold, rust, roach/spider/bed bug, lizard infestations, animals running around off leaches pissing and shitting on sidewalks breezeways and right in front of tenants’ windows, people hangout out in the breezeway drinking alcohol and smoking, thi... read more
Great Apartment complex!! They were very accommodating when we had to move again last minute to a main floor apartment Due to my mother being wheelchair bound. Go see Maria,if your are interested in these apartments. She will be by your side and helpful from the day you apply!!!!�
This community really exceeded my expectations. Very clean and quiet community and the staff really goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. Sadly, I had to leave, however if I had a choice, I would live there therefore I totally recommend to anyone looking for a home in that area!!!
