I had to move due to flooding in my old place, unfortunately I got approved by Avenue Living at the Arbor green apartments. When moved in the toilet wouldn't flush and the tub wouldn't drain, the support brace/wall to the apartment above me was loose and not supporting the balcony above me, then found out the place was infested with cockroaches...they came to do a pest control treatment a week and 2 days later snd after the treatment I still have cockroaches, I'm locked into a 13 month lease now I highly doubt I'll be stayin... read more
