I’ve been here since 2023. My dryer is always taking more than 2 hours per load. 2 months ago my water heater went out. I sent in 2 work orders and went to the office. I recently discovered my ventilation system is out of date. After having to hour out my living room for 45 min. I have no hot water. And the pipe under my sink isn’t placed upwards so my dishwasher keeps flooding. And anytime ive sent a work order for any small things it took 5 days to 2 weeks to fix it
Fist I’d like to give thanks to arbor gates reverence and gratitude for from the beginning hiring a person like Janice heard. Her dieing need and want of perfection hard work and seeing that everybody’s needs are met on a daily basis. She’s incredible and nothing beats her smile walking in the office and dirt seeing her. Mostly her decoration and how beautiful she and her mind worked together to pull off the most beautiful designs from her mind to this place we call home. Can not say enough about the staff here! Property is so clean, office staff utterly amazing!
There's nothing to say the pictures say enough for me. Been here since April and never seen paint over mildew, crack under the door if roaches can come in snake's and rats can come inside this apartment. I shouldn't have to place a towel for that nor block the cold wind to blow in. Always paid before the rent is due and yes my husband and i have very good jobs. Paying for utility lights when we already pay for the fairhope utility bill. Water rain lines of black mildew from the ceiling, can't use the dishwasher because smell... read more
