Absolutely love this place
We lived here for 2 years. There was black mold behind our toilet and on it. We got it tested and it was hazardous to human beings. We asked for months to get it fixed and they ended up replacing the toilet and painting over the mold after we got it tested. They told me they would look into leaks that may cause the mold but that never happened. The maintenance guy always walked on my carpet with his dirty boots (in the winter) and made comments to us about how expensive it was to replace the toilet. He tripped over a scale i... read more
This is the best apartment I have rented by far, if I ever found myself in the lansing area again and looking for an apartment to rent, I would definitely rent here again. My apartment was very comfortable and affordable, maintenance was usually same day. Laundry was located in the basement of every building and free. Heat, water and sewer were free and electricity was very low because it wasn’t split between apartments- you pay for what you use. I lived in a one-bedroom first-floor unit from March 2021 through July 2023. Initially alone, later with my partner. We loved it here at first, but being a resident became a chore over time. The good: - Safe and friendly environment with fair rent for East Lansing. - Good location with no car, great location with a car. Free uncovered parking, reasonably priced carports.
