RecommendedProfessional and friendly. They go above and beyond to ease your Covid concerns. My family and I have been coming here for a few years and don't plan on going anywhere else.
The friendly staff and doc go out of their way to explain things and make things affordable for the patient. The office is beautiful, clean, and their recent covid-19 protocols are seamless and consistent. I never felt rushed or like I didn't understand anything, and they offered several payment options for new glasses, which are never cheap. I'll be sticking with Arbor Eye for a long time to come!

You could write a book on what customer service should look like! Amazing!!! And my prescription, which is super difficult and has needed lengthy adjustments at previous eye doctors, was perfect the first time! A special thanks to Alison who found me the cutest glasses!

I've never liked eye Drs and have avoided them for about a decade because of that 😅 My husband told me how friendly and helpful they were, so I went in. Everyone was chill and friendly, helpful for all of my questions, no pressure sales at all, and the whole visit was fast and efficient. They even helped me get my contacts faster, and when I had concerns about my new contacts they were very informative and gave no resistance to helping, making changes as needed, and getting my needs handled as quickly as possible.
I absolutely love arbor eye center! I’ve been a happy customer since 2nd grade and continue to receive high quality service even in my twenties! The employees and optometrists are some of the most genuine, kind, accommodating and hard working people I’ve ever met! In addition, I’m always satisfied with my glasses! I look forward to my annuals!
