Had to call 3 times just to get a live person and set up a visit for an estimate. Person never showed or called. Gave a 4th call and once again got answering machine. So much for 24hr emergency service. Go with someone else.

Had trees trimmed not to our satisfaction. No follow up after work was done, was told estimator no longer worked for the company and was then verbally quoted \$120-\$125 to finish tree trimming to our satisfaction. Written quote was then sent for \$150 which we declined. Still no follow-up or anything to try and retain our business.
