I really enjoy the community atmosphere. Everything you need is just a short drive, maybe 5 minutes away. San Antonio shopping is conveniently located as well. The staff is really friendly and they get to know you by name, making you feel at home all the time. There really isn't any other place this nice or this affordable to live in Boerne, and to get that feeling of home.
Having just signed my fifth lease recently, I could not see my wife and I ever leaving unless we decide to take on the responsibility of owning a home. The location is perfect and has everything I need within a couple of miles. The appearance is always well kept and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet with lots of safe routes for walking our dog. The staff is by far the best in my experience as a renter. They have always taken care of anything I needed and have earned my trust as a tenant.
Nice location with a mix of residents: Singles, couples and families. Covered parking and Lots of nice big trees and a pretty, sparkly pool.
Very nice community! Well maintained, inside and out. Maintenance is quick and efficient! Awesome staff! Quiet neighborhood! Great location! Wonderful Neighbors! I'm currently on my 4th lease and love my apartment! Only one complaint... My rent has gone up every time I've signed a lease.

I love my apartment and management is friendly and great to work with. I have lived here for 1 year after retiring from my job in Massachusetts and I am so glad that I chose The Arbors to make my permanent retirement home back in Texas close to my family. I rented without seeing the apartment, but when I arrived in Texas I was so impressed with how nice my apartment is and how friendly all of the residents are with each other. After almost 30 years in Massachusetts, I feel like I am finally, truly HOME.
