I love Dr. Arbona! We have been going to him for several years. He doesn't coddle you but does listen and helps you. His staff call to remind you of your appointment the day before. Very professional doctor and staff. Great Doctor

Was this psychiatrist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider rush your appointment? No

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Was this psychiatrist friendly? Polite Enough How would you compare this psychiatrist to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did this psychiatrist ever condone negative behavior? No, they made sure all negative behaviors were discouraged

Can I give this doctor less than 1 star? I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I can't believe this man is licensed when he is the one in need of psychiatric care! He is rude, condescending, and unaccommodating.
