They do a good job up keeping the landscape and parking lot. Its safe for the most part. Anyone mentioning “people hanging out” in the parking lot or otherwise are just not used to people. It’s residents. Just doing resident stuff minding their own businesses. My issue is the inconsistent management. The current manager would lie and contradict herself. No notices for shutting off water. They also don’t regulate their tenants with dogs. There is dog poop all over the place. It’s worse in the summer.
Response to Paige McAllister's review (Added 6/30/2023): I mentioned two aspects of Los Arboles in my original review: 1) The safety and 2) The quality of the environment. The man who walks shirtless outside at night was more of a comment on the quality of the environment, not necessarily the safety.
