Main review is for Ally. I love it here, for several reasons and she plays the main part in that. When you go in places, any place, the first face you see makes all the difference, and sets the tone for the rest of the interaction. Ally is that first person you see. She meets you with a smile, and is courteous and friendly and really sweet in that she, listens, and tries to help in any way she can. I have lived here for almost 6 years. The maintenance request are handled very quickly. Any other concerns I’ve ever had were also handled quickly. it may depend on where you live, but where I live it’s very quiet and that’s the reason I’ve stayed. It’s very convenient to everything. No complaints.
Well first let me say a week after moving in here I was harassed and threatened down at the pool by a couple of kooks accusing me of staring at them. I let the manager know who was Vicky at the time and she could care less. I just got out of the hospital from having a heart attack and I'm handicapped too. The no smoking is laughable I smell pot all the time in here and see cigarette butts everywhere. They say no pitbulls allowed in here but I've seen them. The complex itself is fine save for a few minor issues, but the real problem is the parking/towing company they've chosen to use. Reliant Towing/R2Park is known for having incredibly shady business practices, and for the year I lived here I was constantly stressed to have a guest over even for a day. They waste absolutely no time towing you from the complex, are rude on the phone, and charge you more than they said once you arrive in person to get your car back.
