Bad experience with the new doctor in the clinic. Doesn’t even ask why a patient is in the office.
Best doctor, he’s very caring and listens to every need when it comes to our health. I been coming to San Mateo medical clinic for years. I bring my kids to see him as well.
Absolute wort doctor experience ever. I waited 2.5hrs to be seen when I showed up early for my appt. The planning and time management at this office is horrendous.

I went to see dr Arbid back in June. Dr massad arbid paid full attention and he's such a humble doctor that he answered all my questions and explained the procedure so well. I felt so good and my exams and tests were conducted by one of his staff who were so polite as I told the staff to draw blood from butterfly needle and she did, even though it takes extra time, but the staff made sure what I requested. One of the sweetest and best doctor I've ever met.
