Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Absolutely not! I don't think they have one! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of.

Dr. Arbes is wonderful, and good looking too! The staff is small but they knew what they were doing. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. He listened to me and figured out my problem and treated it. I think he really enjoys what he does.
