Horrible customer service. I was referenced to these bozos through the manufacturer. I ordered a simple part from them to attach to my pressure washer. The part was $2.50. I waited for 2 weeks never receiving the part. I called back on 8/14/12 and after talking to several clueless people found out that the part was ordered but lost.
