There were 2 old men (my age) who completely ignored my questions. They were lazy and decided along the way that they did not want the job. That is their perogative but their delivery was bad. They were sexist. Totally ignoring my questions and dismissive. I was disgusted. Expected better from a nationally accredited franchise.

I went into ARB to get a quote for quite a few accessories for my new Triton. They were reasonably friendly and helpful only regarding their own parts of course but when I receive my quote half the things I asked for on there were missing. Good quality products but the most expensive you’ll find.

Dropped in to ARB Elizabeth on the off chance I could get some last-minute side steps/bars fitted on my way north. I was extremely impressed the team was able to get the parts quickly and squeeze me in - even though the workshop was clearly busy. The whole process was very efficient with no BS, the team helpful and friendly, work was done to a high quality, and even better - I was back on the road north without needing to extend my schedule! Thanks crew! Highly recommended.

As someone not overly knowledgeable in the 4x4 sector I definitely felt these guys were more salesman than in the industries, maybe sold phone covers in previous job. Nevertheless the quality of products is still there and if you're after a hooped bar, competition is slim. Install of bar was fine but ruined all sensors in front end. Went to another shop to have fixed because no faith. Will fit Max trax but don't stretch the capabilities any further. 3 stars for quality, poor service and poor install.
