Pretty decent place in a safe location. Laundry rooms were dirty and machines frequently broke down. Apartments themselves were pretty nice and maintenance came very quickly to fix the few issues I had. Very reasonable pricing for Palo Alto, although you do have to pay for and set up utilities, wifi, etc. by yourself and on top of rent. The real gem though was the building manager Sam who was not only friendly but very responsive and helpful.

Old poorly managed building. Worn out premises, run down facilities, no security, bikes are stolen, storages broken into, dirty laundry rooms, no sound insulation, you will hear your neighbors speak and walk as if it’s in your home. High turnover of tenants. The only good thing is the location but you can find something else in the same neighborhood.

8.6%-10% rent increase!!! You come here, and after one year, you will be treated with a ridiculous rent increase. If you cannot afford the increase, the management wants you to move out. No respect is given to the existing tenants. The facilities are really outdated and worn out. Some of them are unsafe. No merits can be expected from the crazy rent increase. Again, 8.6%-10% rent increase!!! Be careful!!!
