Disappointing experience with Ashkan Zandieh. He was very responsive and professional until I completed the application. I ended up finding out through StreetEasy that the apartment had been rented to someone else. When I reached out to him to confirm, my messages were ignored and when I finally heard back, it was a generic email. After providing all of my personal information, I would've expected the same level of professionalism with a timely response, and not finding out through an app that is not even from their company.
We were so please with the professional and integrity with this Real estate. Broker Paula and Mohsen was amazing very kind and knew exactly what to do. We recommend anyone who are selling or buying to ask for both. Wonderful and again very professional. They are amazing team.
