I just had a delicious breakfast here which included a cheese croissant and raspberry tart, EXCEPTIONALLY DELICIOUS, FRESHLY BAKED AND JUST GREAT! WELL, I KNOW WHERE I'LL BE GETTING MY ("OPERA" CAKE) FOR MY BIRTHDAY IN OCTOBER!! IF YOU LIKE FINE PASTERIES, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. THANKS, LE GOUT !!
I've been to many restaurants and stores, but in no store or restaurant, I've never met a lady who is cold to such a sullen customer, the lady on the other side doesn't show any interest in the customer and gives the other side a feeling as if they are forcing her to work there.
The ingredients tasted fresh, but the overall food and coffee experience felt pretty average. The coffee was very strong and could’ve used some sweetener options to help balance it out. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either. We didn’t try the cakes. Picture of the Salmon Sandwich and croissant sandwich.
The cake slices weren’t fresh at all, I was disappointed with the quality of the cakes, especially the Red Velvet flavor. Almost like it had been sitting there for days.
Great seating, delicious pastries, warm staff.
