I had a horrible experience at Arapi Jewelry. The customer service was extremely disappointing – the person helping me was lazy, unprofessional, and made no effort to assist. I asked to see specific pieces of jewelry, but he wouldn’t even bother to show me what I was interested in. Overall, it was one of the worst jewelry store experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend Arapi Jewelry to anyone.
