I had a deeply disappointing experience at Arapi Jewelry and strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere. The service is unprofessional and disrespectful; they will literally abandon you mid-conversation to serve someone else if you aren't looking to spend a large amount. When I inquired about pricing, the staff was dismissive and even mocked my questions.
