Shows it's age but in a great location. Plenty of stores, restaurants in short walking distance (2-5 minute walk). Auto places, car wash, and gas station are less than a block away. Easy access to Nebraska Expressway (Hwy 2). Plenty of walking/biking trails nearby. Been here for 7+ months, love it here. No obnoxious (loud) or nosey neighbors. Lived here in 1977, A CAVALCADE OF MEMORIES...looks same but different. Pools gone😔- from May to September I was a fish, perimeter of building is same, same color too. As you pull in to complex that big ugly building on left was a big grass pasture with like 6 horses. To the right was open field for like 100 yards, then a restaurant called Corral, then field up to the highway. The ARAPAHOE Shopping Center across the street was the place to go for things.
