I cannot be happier with the new roof installed by Arapahoe Roofing. Costa and his team were amazing, professional, and courteous from start to finish. They showed up on time, completed the job on schedule, and went above and beyond. The new roof looks beautiful, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services!
We were grateful for the high quality of work and follow-up details but also appreciated the help in making initial decisions about roofing color selection, style of downspouts, etc.
The roof on my barn was 3 years old and leaking like a sieve. Contractor who installed it would not stand behind his work. They didn't install plywood or weather proof membrane. It is difficult at best to get someone to come to Meeker CO to work on anything. I talked with Costa at Arapahoe and they were willing to come fix the mess. They removed my metal roof, installed plywood, water proof membrane and reinstalled the metal roof. They did a great job! No leaks and right on time!!! Thank you.
The Project manager communicated well through every step of the process. Crew arrived when promised. Crew was polite and respectful of my property. They did their work and juggled the installation of my roof removal and re-installation amongst a major rain storm that lasted several days. They kept the home and detached garage dried in the entire time. Arapahoe Roofing completed the work quickly and were able to obtain the roofing final inspection immediately. This professional driver that they hired is out here on Interstate 25 heading south of Longmont riding peoples bumper and swerving in and out of traffic. He was behind me honking the horn and then proceeded to slow down next to me to make sure I saw him roll his window down and flip me off when he passed.
