George spent an hour finding the source of the roof leak on our 15 year old house. Then a crew replaced the jack, bathroom vent, and 28 broken concrete roof tiles the following week while we were away on vacation. I was impressed because they repaired the source of the leak, and didn't just install a bandaid ten feet downhill where the water leaked into our bedroom. One other company wanted more money and one wanted less to only put a patch over our bedroom where the water was entering.
We cant say enough about our wonderful experiance working with Arapahoe roofing. Their team paid close attention to the many details associated with the replacement of our 24 year old roof. They did a great jop at a good price. Can't say enough about the quality of rhe workmanship work provided in the replacement of our roof.
I cannot be happier with the new roof installed by Arapahoe Roofing. Costa and his team were amazing, professional, and courteous from start to finish. They showed up on time, completed the job on schedule, and went above and beyond. The new roof looks beautiful, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services!
We were grateful for the high quality of work and follow-up details but also appreciated the help in making initial decisions about roofing color selection, style of downspouts, etc.
The roof on my barn was 3 years old and leaking like a sieve. Contractor who installed it would not stand behind his work. They didn't install plywood or weather proof membrane. It is difficult at best to get someone to come to Meeker CO to work on anything. I talked with Costa at Arapahoe and they were willing to come fix the mess. They removed my metal roof, installed plywood, water proof membrane and reinstalled the metal roof. They did a great job! No leaks and right on time!!! Thank you.
