Dr. Michael and her staff are very friendly and gentle. I have two daughters in braces right now. We have no complaints and appreciate Dr. Michaels knowledge and the time she spends to get the job done right. :)
I like Dr. Michael and Ms. Becky and Ms. Cheryl they are nice and funny. Dr. Michael and her staff have great rewards! I like McDonalds, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, gift cards and Broncos things for me when I did good.
Dr. Michaels and her staff are so patient and gentle with my daughter - who is only 7 and started out extremely anxious with the process. They calmed her fears so that by today when the braces went on ....she ( and I ) trusted them completely. In addition, Dr. Michaels herself called tonight to check on her and made Mackenzie feel so important by talking with her personally and reminding her what to expect over the next few days. I am extremely impressed and happy we chose Dr. Michaels for our orthodontic needs.
