10 stars Dr. Michael and the assistants are AMAZING. They are kind, thoughtful, reliable patient oriented and provide excellent care. Not only do they take great care of my three girls, but Dr. Michael takes the time to explain and answer any questions! My words can’t explain how lucky we are to have Arapahoe Orthodontics.
Incredible staff! Our daughter has Down Syndrome and often struggles with new people/places. She did amazing here! All of the staff where welcoming & well trained. My daughter did so well! It means the world to me & is a huge success for us when we find a good provider! I can't thank them enough! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The entire staff is amazing and Dr Michaèl does an amazing job explaining everything and then explaining it to the kids. the fact she has a therapy dog to help patients is what will make us be a lifetime patients as with special needs kids it can be difficult to get required work done so this has been an amazing experience. Love it!!!
I have worked with dr Michael and she is such a cool person and such a great orthodontist that put quality above all . You are in awesome hands with her!
Love love love Dr. Michael. The staff makes you feel welcome the minute you get there!! My daughter felt very comfortable and can’t wait for her braces.
They do not bill insurance companies correctly. My son had braces there 5 years ago and had 2 different coverages. They went through 2 or 3 billers and did not bill correctly. Now 5 years later they are trying to sue me for more than they are even owed and only billed my insurance twice and never billed my secondary. There are way better places to get braces.
Dr. Michael and the entire staff at Arapahoe Orthodontics have been great. We are extremely happy with the entire process for our son's braces. The entire staff are very professional and knowledgeable and we couldn't be more pleased on selecting Dr. Michael and her team for taking care of our son's braces. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
