Sadly, just seeking help in a crisis these days only serves to worsen the situation. Despite listing "family therapy" as a service, they only provide group sessions (for hours each week, having to talk/listen in front of a roomful of others) or substance abuse therapy. Maybe I should become an addict in order to get the help I need?!?
front desk is very unhelpful. ive gotten two different stories on how to get set with a psychiatrist for panic disorders but was told OVER THE PHONE that i cant and i have to go to therapy everyweek.
