Don't buy a car from here, bought my wife's suv from here sold me all these warranty plans but don't want to look at my car nor fix it. DONT BUY EXTRA WARRANTY PLANS THEY DONT HONOR THEM.
I am once again disgusted by the Aransas Autoplex Service Dept!!! My 21y/o daughter took her car there this morning for her oil change and tire rotation. As she was driving off she gets a call asking her to come back because her lug nuts had come off! WTF!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!! Of Course she forgot that her dad had told her not to go their because the same thing happened to him but damn!! CAN YOUR SERVICE GUYS NOT DO THEIR DAMN JOBS!!!! My sales transaction was impeccable...salesperson knowledgable, worked to get me a deal I could live with...service department not so much. Basic tune ups fine...other than that smh. I bought an extended warranty that was supposed to be pretty high speed...that was disappointing.
