They saved me! My 20+ year old HVAC broke down in my condo and I am on the top floor. Other HVAC vendors wouldn’t consider coming because we are higher than 3 floors but my neighbor recommended them and not only did they come right away but they were able to reschedule a client who didn’t need an emergency install and get my unit done within one week. I was referred by our general contractor. I called the office on Friday because our heater would not turn on. Leslie sent a technician Saturday afternoon to fit my schedule. The technician diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat, replaced it, and verified that all was working properly. He was neat and efficient. Now we have heat again!
