I set an appointment with a specialist a doctor. However, when I was in the office 3 optometrist checked my eyes . I thought the last one was the doctor but nobody let me know until I asked the 3er optometrist if she was the doctor and she said no I’m not. Doctors only come here every three months in this office . I got very mad with the last optometrist she was very rude and discourteous and she didn’t know how to explain me the side effects of a surgery in the eyes. Lo peor, no vayas allí nunca. Mi mamá tuvo una cita para diciembre, después de esperar una hora y media, que es lo normal aquí. Cuando me llaman me dicen que perdone, hubo un error el medico había puesto en lls registros la cita al año y por alguna razón me habian dado una cita antes. Luego, recién una cita para el 16 de junio, me avisan un día antes de que debia ser cancelada porque el doctor no venía esa día, me dan cita para el 22 de junio, hoy 18 me llega un mensaje diciendo que la cita debe ser reprogramada nuevamente. ... read more
After dealing with their poorly written AI phone maze for over an hour I'm done with this office. What a joke to get a hold of anyone or to get anything done. It's never ending options and robots, then no one answers the other end of any of the options. Probably not getting routed properly.
