Save yourself a lot of grief & call another plumbing company in San Antonio! They used to be good but not anymore & I am in my 11th day of hassling with them. While they are probably one of the most expensive plumbing companies in town, you are just paying for all their expensive ads & not for quality service I first called them 11 days ago because I was having water falling on my stove. Called for appointment to have water heater drained/flushed. Rescheduled twice on their Part. On third attempt y two Aramendia personnel showed up and wanting to charge us $225.00 to drained/flush our water heater. Asking are you kidding they said no as this is the book price. Needless to say I refused service and avoided being over charged and actually being ripped off. Call asking for a manager to which was told he was busy and they would have him call me back. Wanted to charge me $225.00 to flush my water heater. Refused service and obtain the service of Mr. Rooter for much less than half the price. Believe the personnel for Aramendia was trying to take advantage of us. Attempted to speak with management to which they did not and have not called back. Interesting?

Marco performed our scheduled heater checkup (13 Jan 21) and did an excellent job. He answered my questions and advised me on a way to extend the service time of the A/C unit (which i will probably ask him to work on later in the year). Courteous, totally compliant with virus protection protocols, highly knowledgeable. I will ask for Marco for future work. He is a credit to Aramendia Plumbing Heating and Air. First & foremost, Aramendia responded quickly during Snowvid Feb 2021. We had a pipe burst 15 Feb & they were on the job 19 Feb despite inclement weather. David Daniel Sanchez & Steve Garza located & repaired the pipe, tested the repair, checked water pressure, tested sprinkler system, & R2 a faulty hot water heater. They were knowledgeable, courteous, & efficient. Thank you Aramendia for the hot showers!

We have happily used Aramendia for several years for our heating and AC needs. We called on a recent morning because our heater was not working properly. We received outstanding support from Joe Gomez later that afternoon just as promised. He was thorough and efficient in his work. And he was good to carefully explained to me everything he had done to resolve the issue. He reviewed our service agreement and details of our equipment. I really appreciated the care and attention given to resolve our problem. Thank you, Joe!
