I used their vending machines two days in a row and my total was displayed on the screen along with the hold amounts. This was December 26th & 27th. The hold amount still has not been returned to my account. Also, most of the items in the soda machine were empty but there was no light flashing to indicate this. Looks like I was charged for just hitting the button as well! (A bunch of small changes on my statement) I have sat on hold several times waiting on an agent to answer @ (855) 273-3835.
