Stewart bold faced lied to me just to get our business - he also became completely unresponsive after we signed the contract. I agree with other reviewers here - they take way too long to repair the refurbished machine (that I thought we were getting for free because of Stewart's lies) and on average everything they offer is at least a few dollars more than at Staples (as an example).
Their prices are 3X the amount from any other source. They took over a week to repair the coffee machine.
