For the past half year the food joint at the Bus Stop at the University Center can't get it right -- people waiting for the bus and coming from the offices would LOVE take my money love to have more grab-n-go options. Most of us can't wait 20-30 minutes for a custom order to get fried up. Burger-up some ready mades in tin fold please! Such an unnecessarily disconnect with the customers is just bewildering. Hearing from students that food is awful and Service is poor. This is sad because we parents pay a lot of money for a Food Plan for our kids. We do this because we want our kids to have healthy/good food while away from home. To hear that they avoid the Suwannee dining room because they dislike the food makes us at best sad. We are asking Administration to get over to Suwannee to see what can be done.
