My mom stays in these apartment complexes, they do not have good upkeep my mom is on oxygen there's mold all over the apartment the ceiling is about to cave in they will not fix anything the office do not ever answer the phone! There's no good upkeep at all there's no way of getting hold of corporate or anyone I will post photos and be reporting because right when you walk into the apartment you can smell the mold we can see black mold just dripping down from the ceiling it is unsafe! DO NOT STAY HERE!
Management and Sfaff were outstanding in facilitating our move to a ground level apartment. They very quickly took care of all issues and concerns..
I just moved here it’s quiet and peaceful. The transition was smoothe they have awesome management. Friendly and to the point.
I lived here for a year. I loved my neighborhoods and never had an issue with other residents for the most part. NOW management is horrible. No one is ever in the office, no one ever answers the phone. You can talk to any and every resident and they will say management is no good. They also charged me over $800 when I moved out. They charged me $30 to clean dust off my fan, $50 to wipe down the back door, $70 for two sink stoppers which I did return one because there was only everyone. $3 sink stoppers mind you, charged me $... read more
