I had issue with oven(was not working), dishwasher and back door screen. Placed work orders it took a minute but finally they did come after an office visit. The oven is fixed but top banner only operates on high… can’t cook anything. Another work order in. The stove is very old.
My mom stays in these apartment complexes, they do not have good upkeep my mom is on oxygen there's mold all over the apartment the ceiling is about to cave in they will not fix anything the office do not ever answer the phone! There's no good upkeep at all there's no way of getting hold of corporate or anyone I will post photos and be reporting because right when you walk into the apartment you can smell the mold we can see black mold just dripping down from the ceiling it is unsafe! DO NOT STAY HERE!
Management and Sfaff were outstanding in facilitating our move to a ground level apartment. They very quickly took care of all issues and concerns..
I just moved here it’s quiet and peaceful. The transition was smoothe they have awesome management. Friendly and to the point.
