Omar was such a huge help! He was so quick and efficient!
My wife and I have lived in Arabella Apts. for 8 years and the Leasing Mgr. Christine and her asst. Katherine do a great job with helping with any issues and the two maintenance men are good at repairing things in a prompt and timely manner. I highly recommend this apt. and it is within walking distance of many restaurants, banks, casinos, grocery store, multiple coffee shops, a deli and many other shops and businesses, we plan on living here in the future. Thanks guys.
Loss of communication first time reported the leak was December 26th. I have not heard anything from them. I have to initiate communication or I don’t think I would know what’s going on and to find out they did not order the part until week ago, I don’t know what else to say.
Omar is an outstanding maintenance man that can fix about anything. He is one brightside to Arabella.
