When trying to call to get a quote on resizing, the woman that answered the phone was incredibly rude and told us to “why don’t you go to the place we bought it from?” Instead of being helpful or polite. She then outright refused service. Will never be purchasing or getting anything done here, definitely keeping on our “do not recommend” lists.
