We have been using AR Williams for 5 years starting out with them installing a 2.5 ton Daikin, maintainance, and service. They always do a great job. Their customer service starting from the office with Olivia, who provides great communication, is very thorough and timely. Both Dylan and Luke, the techs who came to our house recently, we're courteous and professional. We’ve been using A.R. Williams at our primary residence and have been extremely pleased with the service. I am so happy they opened another office in Port St. Lucie. I have a rental property in Martin County and just called them for a problem I was having with the A/C. Same quality service as expected!!! Fast response, excellent customer service and my issue was fixed promptly. Highly recommend this company.
I had A.R. Williams install an air conditioner about 2 months ago, and waited to make sure that everything worked well. The first thing is the company is staffed by the most pleasant and polite people I have met in this field. Secondly, the installation was smooth. They arrived at the promised time, and showed great care not to leave a mess or damage anything. Thirdly, the follow up was great, as well. I have no reservations about recommending them. I am most pleased with the outcome!
The A. R. Williams AC team installed 3 new units at my residence back in March. We had a few (expected) issues but the team (especially Mike) have been very responsive to our issues and keeping our units running at peak performance.
