Submitted a request for quotation. They phoned me, told them to include a strip of grass in the backyard, as most of it is river rocks due to the presence of a swimming pool. Told no worries, our field team will quote anything “green” on the property. Their quote is sent - front yard only! Then they sent texts whether to Accept or Modify the Quote, but no Reject feature. I used AR Lawn aeration services once and then decided to rehire them a second time. However, due to work being done at my residence and their schedule, I decided to cancel the service. I reached out to my assigned service technician, and he was non responsive. After a few attempts of trying to get a hold of him, I sent him a cancellation notice....he responded within minutes, stating I could no longer cancel because of their terms.
