If you get a membership here at the Kaufman Ymca on Courtland ave , kitchener, watch the personal trainers and front desk how they talk about members behind they're backs, its really sad how people want to get help but we're judged its sickening. I've been going to women swimming lessons for a month the last three time I instructors were not helpful today Mary was our instructor it was my first time meeting her but she was very helpful I swam by myself for the first time and she gave the same attention to everyone I'm glad she was there she made my day thank you Mary

I had a wonderful experience at the Kitchener YMCA thanks to Shivani at the front desk. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and answered all of my questions with great care. She explained the services practically and thoroughly, making me feel highly valued and informed.

Visiting from out of town and did not have any issues. Was happy to see there was a good amount of people using the facility, but not too many as to crowd. Equipment and area were clean and the staff were helpful.
