Hopefully they are planning and constructing their homes better now than in the past. My parents purchased a rutenberg home in 1965, believing them to be a premier builder. During recent renovations, we discovered that the electrical breaker box for the house is in the master bathroom SHOWER, 1 two by four over from the plumbing for the shower!
