I can’t say enough good things about A&R Environmental. I contacted them in Sept 2019 when I noticed mold growing on a wall behind a piece of furniture. They arrived within 24 hours and did a thorough assessment and determined several walls, ceilings and floor tiles had a reading of 99% dampness. It was much worse than I had originally thought. Chad and Vlad did an excellent job for us! They were very professional and answered any questions throughout the day. They respected our home, taking care to avoid any damage to floors and walls, and cleaned up before leaving. Cost is higher than others, but as a remediation company, you feel assured that any problems will be addressed. We had some line issues in the crawl space that they corrected. We came home to a flooded house on Christmas night at 7:30pm after being gone for 48 hours. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom that went down to the first floor and finished basement. My wife looked up some companies and made a quick decision to call and use Core24. That ended up being the best decision we could have made! Core 24 responded to my online request for a quote, within minutes. The crew got here within a couple hours, on a July Saturday, in Rehoboth. Robert was the manager on site. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was also a really nice guy, easy to work with & easy to trust. Great Team! Great service. Great experience. Sean was professional, attentive, and compassionate. She and the team worked in hot conditions while keeping a sense of humor and working with us to get the job done. I have to call out Nicky and Daniel too for assisting on a Saturday afternoon with helping me turn off the water in our house after their job was complete!
