Shopped here years ago, bought a diamond Cuban by impulse that day. Realized when I got out of the stores’ good lighting that it didn’t look good and went to another jeweller to check the quality. Don’t buy from here total rip off bad quality gold. I bought a chain for $5000 and chain broke. Also it seems to mixed in with fake gold. So this place is total scam.
Poor quality and terrible customer service. After one year the picture of my father on the pendant fell off. It looks like it was glued on. When I sent a message to ask how I can go about getting it fixed, they told me that I would have to pay a cleaning fee on top of getting reinstalled at the same rate.They did not show any sort of compassion that it was ruined with just over a years time. I’ve been here a couple times to purchase diamond rings and pendants the price are very reasonable and the service is excellent I highly recommend this jeweller I will definitely be back
