I just called A&R to see if I could get a quote on fixing a bay window that is foggy due to a leaked seal in the dual panes. An incredibly unhelpful person answer ed the phone and told me that I had to pay $250 to get a technician to come out to even look at it. I asked why I had to pay just to get an estimate and she replied that they would have to pull someone off of a job to look at my window. I have never in my 30 years of home ownership encountered anything like that. How unreasonable and absurd to expect someone to pay... read more

I broke a window in my shower right before family was coming to stay with me, called Richard in a panic on a Thursday, and Rick and the other guy whose name I failed to get had the glass replaced by EOD Friday. They also fixed my window so that it would stay up without assistance. Price was fair, work was well done, guys were cool, and I am one very satisfied customer. Thank you A&R!

The gentleman that I spoke with , I think his name was Richard, told me he is the owner and his crew are booked for over 2 weeks but he was nice enough to squeeze me in 2 days and he said he will do the job himself. I sent him a picture of the window and he texted me a quote for the price. I had also called one other business before and his price was much more reasonable. I felt he was very honest with me.
