I hired A&R to do a window installation at my business in Agoura Hills. Over the years ive hired different types of workers and have grown accustomed to workers cutting corners and being dishonest. This was not the case with A&R. They were considerate, honest, and an overall absolute pleasure to work with. I just called A&R to see if I could get a quote on fixing a bay window that is foggy due to a leaked seal in the dual panes. An incredibly unhelpful person answer ed the phone and told me that I had to pay $250 to get a technician to come out to even look at it. I asked why I had to pay just to get an estimate and she replied that they would have to pull someone off of a job to look at my window. A&R for the win! I broke a window in my shower right before family was coming to stay with me, called Richard in a panic on a Thursday, and Rick and the other guy whose name I failed to get had the glass replaced by EOD Friday. They also fixed my window so that it would stay up without assistance. Price was fair, work was well done, guys were cool, and I am one very satisfied customer. Thank you A&R!
I found this business online and contacted them to replace a broken glass in the bedroom window. The gentleman that I spoke with , I think his name was Richard, told me he is the owner and his crew are booked for over 2 weeks but he was nice enough to squeeze me in 2 days and he said he will do the job himself.
