AR Cannabis has the worst customer service ever! You are only allowed to communicate via text or email once they get your money. They don’t believe in refunds or any other method to satisfy the needs of both parties. Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with recertification and my state. Basically, AR Cannabis had me certifying too far in advance which led me to unable to certify as I was not within the allotted recertification window.
