We had Ar-be install our garage doors in a new home 6 months ago. We then epoxied our home and oops - the doors no longer closed.I called the company knowing that the warranty does not hold since we screwed up. They held their end of the bargain, showed up promptly and fixed the problem. A great business and I would recommend them any day.
This company is outstanding. I called one day and they came the next day, on time as promised. Owner was patient and understanding. Service was quick and professional. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Will definitely use them again. ***********************

These people are u professional and their "family-owned" business is a joke. My family also runs a business and they would NEVER treat their customers the way I've been treated the past 3 days. The 1st day, the guys truck broke down, the 2nd day the guy just couldn't make it, no reason given... the 3rd day today... their receptionist ( most likely a relative) DOWNRIGHT LIED saying that she called me numerous times and she "made notes about it". I called Monday morning for a quote, and Dave came out within an hour or two. Gave us a great price, and was able to install the door the next day - thank goodness since our rail had broken and the door was jammed in crooked. Great install - very professional! Thanks so much for the new door!!
